1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LateCheckout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Service Description

LateCheckout includes hotel stay tools, profile and social features, personalized CityMaps and places, in-app purchases, and optional chat/AI-assisted experiences.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile data, place content, uploaded photos, and forwarded booking content.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve LateCheckout.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate law or another person's rights.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent identity.
• Upload or share abusive, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Interfere with platform security, integrity, or availability.
• Attempt unauthorized access or reverse engineering.

6. Safety and Moderation

We provide report and block tools. We may review reported content and take action, including limiting, removing content, or suspending/terminating accounts that violate these Terms.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• LateCheckout offers in-app purchases, including city map unlocks and a Creator subscription.
• Purchases are billed by Apple through your Apple ID account.
• The Creator plan is an auto-renewable subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage/cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings.
• Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple under Apple policies.
• Availability and restoration behavior for non-subscription purchases follow App Store product configuration and Apple rules.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The service may rely on third-party providers and may include links to external services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for your content, LateCheckout content, software, brand assets, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors.

10. Disclaimer

LateCheckout is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated responses and parsed booking results may be incomplete or inaccurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LateCheckout and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, safety risk, abuse, fraud, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Apple Standard EULA

If no separate custom license agreement is provided in App Store Connect, use of the iOS app is additionally governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
